With over 15 years of experience in the corporate industry, I have seen first-hand the effects of poor mental health within the workplace on your staff and, in turn, your business.

Having trained over the past four years as a Reiki Master and Healer, as well as a Sound and Holistic Therapist, I now want to share my skill set to improve the culture of the corporate world.
